Spirit Life Community – Monthly Subscription Service Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a monthly subscription to the Spirit Life Community ("Community"), you ("Member") agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. This agreement governs your participation in and access to all content, discussions, and services provided through the Community.

2. Membership & Access

  • Upon purchase, you will receive access to the Community and its content on a month-to-month basis, renewing automatically each month until canceled.
  • Membership includes access to monthly mini masterclasses, guided practices, community discussions, and exclusive content as outlined in the program details.
  • This is an individual membership and may not be shared, resold, or transferred to others.

3. Payment & Subscription Renewal

  • The Community operates as a monthly subscription, which will automatically renew each month on the billing date unless canceled before the next renewal.
  • Payment is processed at the time of purchase and is non-refundable except as required by law.
  • By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your selected payment method until you cancel.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, meaning you will continue to have access until the end of your current paid month.
  • No refunds will be issued for partial use of the membership period or for missed content.

5. Member Conduct & Responsibilities

  • The Community is a safe and inclusive space for spiritual exploration, and respectful communication is expected at all times.
  • Members must not share or distribute content outside of the Community, including recordings, written materials, or intellectual property.
  • Any behavior deemed harmful, disruptive, or inappropriate may result in membership termination without a refund.
